I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. Disappointed! Inside of frame approximately 1/8\" too small. Canvas wouldn\'t fit in several frames. Plastic looks cheap and outside frame for larger canvases too small in proportion to canvas size.
