Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease. KeenART: This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. They specialize in fine art prints, so they are better set-up for making superior small-batch high-quality prints than an outfit that relies on volume sales. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. Turnaround times are super fast, and the work is accurate. Prices are reasonable, given the high quality of the final output. I have a wide variety of excellent art materials to choose from. They even matted my work! Cheap materials makes for cheap art, I say, but KeenART is quality all of the way! Five stars out of five!

Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. Received delivery on Dec 21st. Very pleased with product.
