I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! That was very kind and thoughtful of you. Now that's what I call superb customer service! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. My canvas print arrived in the mail today (as expected!) First off, the canvas made is for a christmas present and is absolutely amazing! The quality is better than I imagined. The shipment arrived in one piece (btw- excellent packing) last night. Given the shipping mess this year that is pretty decent timing. My order was for what I saw as your longest Gatorfoam Board pieces at 36” I’m going to leave very positive feedback for you. Thank you for the frame, which arrived safely here yesterday. I was pleased with both the construction and looks of the frame, as well as the sturdiness of the shipping materials used. The coated hanging wire in the hardware pack is an especially nice touch.
