Order process has been basically seamless, but I am still awaiting delivery and having trouble with FedEx who are indicating delivery was not possible, although I was waiting within 1 metre of my phone all day. In spite of 40 minutes on phone with them and confirmed they have the correct address, they will only attempt delivery again tomorrow. I can wait again all day today, but tomorrow have a few essential errands, so not sure what to do about this and it has really soured me on the whole experience

Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition. I happily mounted one this morning and my office looks great! Now when I see this, not only will I be tempted need of my daughter who bought the print for me, but you folks as well.
