Thank you, once again, for sending a new canvas. We received it on Monday, and the canvas itself is perfect. The wrap is lovely and care has obviously been taken with the finishing. The colours are deep and rich and the canvas material is beautifully soft/supple. It looks amazing! I would also like to say thanks for the fantastic job on the 6 other canvases I ordered. Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping. Thanks! Like I said...just a suggestion, I do appreciate your great work the prints are always right-on agree=on
