Julie, | I was confused about my order which had been delayed. I called and emailed and the customer service rep responded right away. The order was delayed because one of the 6 items had been back ordered for at least another month and they offered to replace this item with another which was a bit more expensive and actually very suitable for my project. I really like this company and will continue to do business with them. Prices are great also!
Elizabeth R., | not happy Quality is a bit questionable - didn\'t even come with a stand to put it on the table even though it\'s a very small frame. I had to use tape to attach the back - not even any clips!! Glass would be better than plexiglass. Also the shipping charge of $19 is so high for such a small item.
