I just received a Gallery Wrap, the order was placed on 2/6/2012 and was delivered yesterday, 2/10/2012. I had scanned in a 41 year old 4x5 wedding photograph, to replace a faded 41 year old canvas print on our wall for Valentines day. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the Gallery Wrap. I am more than happy with the quality of the product. I had concerns about a 600 dpi scan from such a small print making a quality 16x20 but your representative was correct when she told me this would work. I ordered a 36 x 36 canvas print of a photo I took in Tofino at Chesterman beach. Within a few hours - I had an email from Cynthia advising the resolution wasn\'t good enough to see if I had another file, to offer alternatives if not. I ended up switching to a better photo.
