Deeply dissatisfied. Hello: I’m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied. Roger,	Quality paiting I got the painting on Friday. Its beautiful: Perfect size, beautiful contrast of colors, great attention to detail, filled with areas of perfection and imperfections. The more I see the painting the more I fall in admiration for it. The painter has made her smile beautiful and realistic . Thank you for the painting and thank you for being patient with me. Shahraam,	Hi, just a suggestion I do really like your printing, maybe the customer could be told in advance that the lead time will not be 1-2 days but 10 days. I know lead times can vary that\'s fine but almost 2 weeks before it\'s shipped? I would still have submitted the order but I would have had the most urgent print done locally.Next time I need it within 2 weeks I\'ll pay fexpress shipping but it looks like it still would have taken 10 days before shipping.
